Below is a researched and compiled list of ideas to reduce expenses at properties.
Compare the costs/benefits before executing any ideas below.

  1. Renegotiate maintenance service contracts (i.e. landscaping and pools)
  2. Protest property taxes
  3. Appeal utilities and/or negotiate lower rates with utilities companies
  4. Requote Insurance
  5. Renegotiate management fees
  6. Renegotiate trash service
  7. Renegotiate pest control
  8. Implement pest control unit inspections
  9. Implement seperate meters or tennt pays water
  10. Master Insurance Policy (via 3rd property manaegment company)
