My Story

Kelsie Mans-Ray is a real estate professional, multifamily investor, and educator focused on acquiring and managing large apartment communities. She is the Founder of KMR Multifamily Investments, where she leads commercial property acquisitions and partners with investors to identify and execute strategic multifamily opportunities.

Kelsie currently serves as an Assistant Property Manager for a 214-unit, five-building urban luxury apartment community in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, she is actively involved in day-to-day operations, leasing performance, resident relations, and vendor coordination—providing her with direct, hands-on insight into occupancy, asset performance, and property operations at scale.

In addition to her operational experience, Kelsie has worked as a licensed Realtor, advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate. This experience sharpened her ability to analyze market conditions, negotiate effectively, and understand both investor and resident perspectives.

Kelsie is also the founder of Her Wealth Lab, an educational platform where she coaches women on building income through real estate strategies such as wholesaling and lease options. Through online courses and one-on-one coaching, she equips women with practical tools to enter and succeed in real estate investing. She is also the author of Beyond the Storm, a book centered on resilience, personal growth, and building a life of purpose and financial empowerment.

Prior to real estate, Kelsie held a corporate leadership role as a Global Brand Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations Manager with a leading hospitality company, where she supported brand strategy and execution across more than 650 hotels spanning the U.S., Canada, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. Her experience managing cross-functional teams, analyzing performance data, and executing large-scale initiatives provides a strong foundation for evaluating and managing multifamily investments.

Kelsie has invested in large multifamily apartment projects and maintains an active network of investors across the United States. She is deeply engaged in the real estate community, participating in industry groups and masterminds to stay informed on market trends and evolving investment strategies.

A native Tennessean, Kelsie holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, along with executive graduate certificates in Leadership and Project Management. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
