My Story
Kelsie has invested in large multifamily apartment projects. She is the Founder of KMR Multifamily Investments, and she oversees Commercial Property Acquisitions. Kelsie is involved in the real estate community and has a network of investors across the United States. Kelsie is also a native Tennessean.
In her previous career, Kelsie was a Global Brand Marketing, Advertising & PR Manager for 650 hotels across the U.S., Canada, LATAM, APAC and EMEA. The hospitality company currently has over 18 brands, and 7,000+ hotels globally. Her business acumen, knowledge and project management background makes her ideal for “boots on the ground” and due diligence in real estate projects.
Kelsie is fervent about personal and professional growth. She is active in several real estate groups and masterminds focused on apartment investing so to keep a pulse on markets, and ever-evolving factors affecting real estate.
Kelsie has bachelor and master degrees in Business Administration (Marketing), plus graduate executive certificates in Leadership and in Project Management. Kelsie is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Kelsie became active in real estate years ago because, like many business professionals, she was juggling demanding, long working hours and a high-pressured career. More importantly, she desired financial freedom and enough time to enjoy family and volunteer efforts.
